Ces dessins, comme cent maigres autres réconforts, trompaient l’ennui de ma vie au Château. Ils m’aidaient à affronter un quotidien médiocre, à ravaler colère et amertume. Cela aurait sans doute pu durer encore de longues années, jusqu’à ce que je devienne adulte. Cependant, je fis une rencontre qui bouleversa cette existence fade et changea ma vie à jamais.
